Since its beginning, the company has demonstrated exceptional growth and stability within the industry, expanding its initial capital from ETB 10,000 to ETB 1,000,000 in less than two years. Recognizing the firm’s consistent performance and strong growth potential, the organization carried out a formal restructuring, transitioning from H/Mariam General Construction to MAGEMET Trading PLC, a duly registered share company. Over the years, MAGEMET Trading PLC has established itself as a reliable and dynamic organization, delivering projects that reflect excellence, professionalism and innovation. The company currently employs more than 20 permanent staff members, including qualified engineers, accountants and administrative personnel, as well as over 290 skilled and semi-skilled temporary workers across various project sites.
